Fate is the Hunter 1964

This black and white movie concerns the crash and subsequent crash investigation of a fictional passenger jet aircraft.
The design of the fictional airframe is unique in that it has two jet engines mounted under the tailplane.
According to wikipedia the fullsize prop was made from a DC7 propeller aircraft with the engines removed and fake jets added at the rear.

The miniature crash sequence is shown before the opening credits and the film's title.

The miniature effects were supervised by 20th century Fox's the then head of the special effects department L.B. Abbott.

I found the complete movie on YouTube.
