This odd concept for a film about a dream foretelling a reality features a miniature Douglas DC3 (Dakota) along with a large miniature snow covered mountain landscape. The same footage is used both for the dream sequence and with additional shots in the real event so you get to see it twice.
The DC3 model is nicely detailed complete with a lowering undercarriage mechanism, Occasionally very faint wires can be seen in some shots.
The Special effects were supervised by Sydney Pearson with "Special Processes" which probably means rear screen projection or possibly a traveling matte process, by Geoffrey Dickinson.
There is also a very unconvincing and much too small miniature ship seen briefly through the cockpit windows bobbing about on the miniature waves.
